I went to Epcot a long time ago, and even then that giant sphere building stuck out as unusual even standing within the park.  Seeing it from across the river really brings back that memory, since it stands out even more in your photo.  Looking along that far shore nothing jumps out that says this is a theme park, you should expect oddball structures in here.  The buildings on the right part of the shore could almost be waterfront bungalows.  Further to the left of the picture there seems to be some sort of glass pyramid and a stone tower which are pretty unusual.

The trouble I see in your picture is that it lacks a real focal point.  The blue sky above and the blue water are similar and push attention to the green strip of that far shoreline and the green shrubs at the bottom of the picture.  Since that far shore is fairly small the details aren't very clear, so my eye tends to want to rest on those shrubs at the bottom since their details are very clear.  You might have done well to crop them out of the photo so that the Epcot shore caught the viewers attention.

I find myself mentally cropping the image so that I just see those "bungalows" and the Epcot ball.  That to me is pretty interesting since the ball is similar in color to the clouds above it.  It's not immediately apparent, but once it's notice you can't help but look at it.  Had I not known it was part of an amusement park my imagination might run off on wild stories to try and explain what I'm seeing.

I do want to say that I'm surprised by the way you managed to focus the camera on this.  The details of both the hedges at the bottom and the texture of that ball look fairly crisp, despite the large distance between them.  I didn't know you could do that, I always thought when objects were so far apart one or the other would be badly blurred.  I don't do a lot of photography, so maybe I just always do it wrong.
